I have made an order in error as a family member order a gaming console using my phone. I requested a cancelation and refund of my order the very next day

Order was made on the 30th of April 2021. To date it is the 6th May 2021 and I have not received payment. The payment notifications I have been emailed has been marked as ********** using the Nedbank verify payment online service

Please everyone just stay away from Qubist.
