Impressed, will use Qubist Again!

I actually for once had such good customer service I felt I needed to write a review. I am a competitive Gamer and I got a pro gamer remote from Qubist in December last year. My remote started giving me issues. Right after we went into May, I called Qubist and spoke to a manager by the name Jonathan. At first he told me it’s not a problem I must take the remote in but it will take between 2 to 3 weeks. I was super bummed out as it’s my only controller and each day they had my remote was days I would lose ranking points.and be a day I had nothing to do. He said he would do his best to speed the process up. And Jonathan kept to his word and 48 hours later I had a brand new replacement pro controller in my hands. Jonathan you are a legend brother and you have restored my faith in Qubist. Thank you so much for sorting out this issue so fast and getting my controller back to me so fast. It’s much appreciated and has ensured that I will stay a loyal customer to Qubist no mater what any one has to say about you guys. Your help was super friendly and super professional at the same time and you did better then your best and kept your word. For that I say a 1000 thank you’s. I will recommend Qubist to any one that is looking for professional gaming help. Also thank you to the suppliers of Nacon pro controllers for replacing my faulty remote so fast and without hassle. It truly is an amazing remote and one I would recommend to any gamer looking for a Pro PS4/ PC remote with that slight edge. Fits amazon your hands and just has an awesome feel to it. But don’t take my word for it. Go get one and try it out for yourself. I promise you that you won’t want to use another remote ever again.
