**** Web shop

I have asked for quotation and received it, I have placed order- was done, I have paid the money as per quote. That was the final of the correctness. The company have not deliver the product (although they claimed that they have stock in Cape Town), the courier disappeared with it. They offered a refund but send me two **** POPs and that was it. I'm sure this can be a police case.
