AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Do not trust at all. Ordered from them as they seemed to be the only stockists of iPhone 12 currently. The phone never arrived - but they took my cash upfront. After much backwards and forwards and constantly phone calls with excuse after excuse along with mildly abusive calls from their so-called courier I demanded a refund.

They processed this in three tranches over an extended period of time. Again with multiple excuses and phone calls. I eventually resorted to threatening to open a case of ***** at SAPA and to report them to the Financial Intelligence Centre for ***** to get my payment refunded.

They vacillate between trying to be sweet and nice (with thousands of excuses) and then getting aggressive with you. This is typical ********* behaviour. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
