Qubecapital lack of services for damages to my goods that was transported via Intertown Transport

Good day

I have booked a collection with Intertown Transport in Johannesburg to move a Proover for to Middelburg.

I was crated and brand new. I took out insurance regarding this proover as its quite expensive . When the stock arrived in Middelburg it was damaged. It look like Intertown placed extremely heavy stuff on top resulting in damages and my customer refused to accept. This happened already on the 7th January 2020. I immediately had to supply a new one and proceeded with my claim. Its June and the Claims Handler Susan Becker eventionally came back to me after a lot of phone calls and email and first blamed Covid 19 lockdown. Now its over and today is the 4th Of June 2020. IM still waiting on my money. I use Intertown Transport daily and I am greatly appalled by their claims handler broker firm treating me like this.

I need feedback today still.
