Upstairs Quay 4 CT horrible

Sunday afternoon upstairs quay 4 lunch for 8 of us after supporting half argus 2015 terrible experience, no service, took 2 hours for food to arrive, no manager insight, no waitron, bad attitude from bar staff .. All round awful experience even with an unlimited budget no one seemed interested in assuring or serving us. Finally a waitron did step up but he was operating alone !!
