TERRIBLE!

<p>For the very first time I head off to "Quay 4 Waterfront" with my friends. How I regret it so much.</p> <p> </p> <p>Booked a table for 8, two weeks in advance, arrive there and they have no history of us making a booking. Just to find out 30min later that they spelled my name incorrectly in such a way that I almost couldn't recognize it.</p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting 15min later for the manager to actually take us into consideration to make a plan, we were eventually seated after another 15min .</p> <p> </p> <p>So we ordered our drinks as normal... 30min later the drinks arive except one. (Even though it was not that busy) I reminded him about the drink. I watched him walk straight past the bar to go and count menus!</p> <p> </p> <p>The drink never came and at this point we decided that a different restaurant was the only light of way to get some food in our stomachs and better service. </p> <p> </p> <p>The quality of service was terrible. Lack of hospitality and respect (the waiter was rude when we asked for the bill to leave. He snatched our glasses off the table and openly complained to the manager about our table in front of us). </p> <p> </p> <p>For my first time at "Quay 4 Waterfront" it was awful! Instead of saying I would never go back. I would rather hope to return when they have improved ALOT!, due to the fact that the restaurant "looks" decent.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
