Slow service

On Saturday my family and I decided to have supper at Quay Four, The place was vibey but full, we sat down and ordered drinks after 15 minutes the girls get their premix ****tails ,why we needed to wait that long I am not sure , we order our food, we received our food after waiting for an hour , not once did the waiter come and apologies for the delay or anything , yet there were other tables that arrived after us and they have received their food before us . It is a really nice place however they need to get more waiters there were other tables that were also complaining because of the slow service.
