Service poor and covid 19 protocols not adhered to

Quay4 service has been steadily slipping over the past months but last night was the worst. Asked for lemon with our drinks. Water brought 4 half slices of brown patched dried out looking lemon. When I said this is old he proceeded to ask me how I knew. Then he proceeded to argue with me that it's a whole lot of lemons how did I know they were old. It was a few minutes before he would agree to fetch other lemon. Next I started getting really agitated as my table was used as a thoroughfare to pass through to the outside deck area by all the waitrons back and forth brushing past me the entire 2 hours we sat there. When I asked to be seated elsewhere (wanted to relax and just enjoy the live band) same waiter made such a fuss about moving us and I was told that they'd make an exception but it's a Friday night and they don't move people (the restaurant had quite a few empty tables). During the entire meal, there was this child about 5 years old being allowed to jump around all over the restaurant between the tables by her father (?) who clearly couldn't care one bit that his child was not welcome running between all our tables unmasked. She did this the entire 2 hours we were there. I mentioned this to the manager that it's not covid allowed. He seemed more irritated with me than with her. Anyway guys, maybe I'm not ready to be in your covid unfriendly space where safety protocols are not adhered to and your waiters and managers are rude and unsympathetic. Decided to give your restaurant a miss for a year. Let's see if you truly survive.
