Service leaves a lot to be desired

<p>I was at Quay 4 today with my family sitting in the upstairs section, when we arrived there were max 10 tables occupied upstairs yet it still took 2 hours to get our food and when it eventually arrived some of the food was cold. The waiter tried using being busy as an excuse but when we arrived it was very quiet and it just proved to be a very lame excuse. Although the food when it eventually arrived hot was good the service really needs to be drastically improved. </p>
