Service ?????

<p>So I made a reservation for my birthday dinner at Quay four a week before. First, they didnt know what i was talking about. They couldn't find my booking(admin up to ****) then secondly they didnt ask where we wanted to sit, they just placed us in the vip section upstairs,where the prices are dubbled. So we eventually got seated after 20 minutes of waiting for the manager. We ordered our drinks and 2 of my friends havent received their drinks, a glass of wine and a ****tail. How long does it take to pour wine and make a ****tail???? Anyway at the end of the night i asked for the bill, haven't received the ****tail and payed for the drinks and walked out. I wont recommend Quay four to anyone anymore. It was my favourite place to eat a meal, but after this ****ty experience I'm not putting my foot there. </p>
