Quay 4 Waterfront- Pathetic CS delivery and Disgusting Meal served

Myself and partner visited Quay 4 for the first time in Waterfront for supper last evening to enjoy the special they had on the menu which was the Fish and Chips & Spatch**** Chicken (which I ordered for myself). The surface of the Spatch**** was grilled quite well but when I opened up the chicken it was still ****** and even tasted raw and ******. I called for the waitress to enquire if I could be served something else in the same price range as I lost my appetite for the dish and she called the Manager by the name of Precious to assist me. after explaining my unhappiness with my order, I requested to change my order with only Hake fish (excluding the chips and salad as I have eaten it prior to eating the chicken) which was the same price as the Spatch**** dish and to my surprise I was told it is not allowed as I have already ordered the chicken. The explanation to this by Precious was that some clients prefer medium done, well done or medium rear however the Waitron by the name of Trevor, did not provide us with these options and my assumption was that if it is grilled it was well done. According to Precious they do not provide clients with these options which I think is ridiculous. Two things ****ed me off even more; 1. My redone chicken was burnt, crispy and dry 2. When I asked for a doggy bag I had to do it myself at my table, as I could not even finish my meal due to the condition it was in. I am highly disappointed at the service we received as I was not rude in anyway despite my frustration. I suggest that management please train your chef's accordingly to not rush with clients meals due to the kitchen closing at "10pm" apparently and to request your Waitrons and Waitresses to provide clients with the option of how they want their meat and chicken done. I often visit and explore various restaurants as I am a social blogger and was hoping to blog about Quay 4 because if the amazing scenery and location. Despite this ****py service we received, I must commend the staff on top floor for their great CS upon arrival as they were extremely welcoming compared to the ground floor staff who never even greeted us with a good evening or a goodbye.
