Quay 4 or Quay Four or www.quay4.co.za did exactly what I expected, no outreach or reply to email and whatsapp I sent them. I again advise any locals and especially if you're a foreign tourist, don't be fooled by the great setting of this restaurant as that's the only good thing you'll get there. Don't blame the table servers, blame the managers and unfortunately you'll find they're too arrogant to even attend to a complaint, and they will still bill you for a bad meal. Avoid this place, there are many other really good restaurants in the V&A Waterfront that provide great meals and service, as well as great settings. Quay 4 is literally the worst restaurant I've been to, ever. And I've travelled the world.
