Good Day.Took my family to Quay 4 on New Years day for a meal.round 4oclock.The place was about 60% full unlike normal times we went there.We place and order for our food.50min later when our food arrived our order was wrong and the food was ice cold. MANAGER came to apologize.ask for the bill got it in less than a minute.Sorey guys won't come back. Your quality of food really went down big time
