Poor and very slow service

Hi there I'm petrus boonzaaier my work colleague Mr Bradley prins and some of my work friends booked a table at quay 4 at the waterfront at Friday afternoon, after work to celebrate the end of 2017. I was very excited because I heard so much about the Quay 4 and how excellent the food was, when we arrived there we all went to sit by the table that was booked for us, we orderd some drinks. Then we all ordered the food. I told the waiter my burger must be well done. My Burger and chips looked very nice but, it was not nice it was still raw inside. My work colleague Mr Mark peters, the waiter also asked him how he wants the meat then he rep**** well done please . He also waited a very long time for his food. It also came raw in side . One of my colleague vegetables was also still hard and not nice but we all were so hungry. After the meal I ordered 2 rooibos ice teas the 1 came and the other 1 after a while, we also asked for serviettes with the food and it only arrived when the food were finished. The waiter never came once to our table to ask if everything is still ok very slow service and we are very disappointed but, we did not have a choice because the table was already booked.
