No service at Quay Four

Total lack of service and no management presence. Our table had to wait one and a half hours for the starters despite ordering a set menu the week before. I had to constantly run around for staff to clear the tables and refill drinks. It is such a pity that a landmark restaurant on the V&A Waterfront is going downhill so rapidly!
