Impatient waiter and horrid service

Today my colleague and I visited quay four in waterfront. The food and drinks were great but the service was horrific. We just received our menus and felt rushed to place an order immediately we nevet even had time to look at the menu yet and the waiter stood impatiently for us to place the order. Whilst eating my colleague's jam was taken away as if he was not still about to eat nothing was confirmed she just cleared it and he wasn't even half way with his meal. We were still enjoying our drinks when the bill got placed on our table and we weren't even ready to leave. We asked if they had any dessert options and was told no. We felt uncomfortable and like we weren't welcomed we called her to pay the bill but we still had some our beverage left we were asked to move to another table as they had a reservation for our table. Our drinks were not done and we just decided to get up and leave. Another client also sat the table next to ours was asked to sit elsewhere as that table was also reserved but there weren't any reserved signage on. Was on service not important enough? Were we that in the way that we could not even order any additional items from the menu? This waiter by the name Asanda thinking she was new as no service experience was ever the bad, boasts that she is working there 6 years already, which shocked us even further and thid being in the waterfront where we host so many international travelers.
