Horrible experience

I went to Quay 4 with my friends for lunch, when i got there the waiter was extremely rude told me that i will pay 10% service fee and he doesnt want to fight with me concerning that since its not a fast food resturant and that time i am not even fighting him regarding that. I felt belittled like his implying that i cant afford to eat there. On top of that the food took long and didnt look or taste good at all
