Disaster!!!

Went to Quat Four this morning.

What a disappointment. Ordered a double Espeesso which came in a cappuccino cup and was definitely not a double. My dad ordered an extra shot of espresso with his latte which never came. The bacon was cold and looked like it was cooked the previous day. Unfortunately my dad doesn't believe in complaining. Very difficult to enjoy your meal anyway with the kitchen staff being overly loud. I did not say anything to whichever manager was on duty, since the the lack of discipline and sub standard of food has already given me a clear indication of the establishment. How disappointing.
