Bad Service!

Recieved very bad service from Quay 4.

Tried making a booking a week before the event, Recieved bad service via the phone (was so hard getting through to them) and when I eventually do - its bad telephone skills and so hard making arrangements via the phone & email.

On the day of the event, the service was so poor. Not interested in Quay 4 anymore.
