Bad Service & Bad Food

On Saturday 10th November myself , husband and daughter decide to have a late lunch at the Quay Four. Our waiter was Angel. I Calamari starter , my husband had a burger and chips as a main, my daughter had fish and chips as a main, i had a seafood platter for one and a chicken wing starter. When our food arrived we noticed the chips were smaller than my 10 year olds pinkie, and there was an enormous amount of spice or salt on the plate. But the worst part was the spinach which looked more like sea****. i called the waitress and told her we were not happy with the food. She took back the spinach showed to the manager who came over and apologized. My husband took a bite of the chicken wing and started coughing, and went red in the face, the wings were salty it was disgusting we asked the manager to taste it but he did not want it. After this neither myself or husband was not feeling well, i vomited and my husband had the worst diarrhea , Sunday morning we were still not well and went to doctor who advised us it was something we ate. We were put on antibiotics and were told to stay diluted. After the doctor i proceeded to contact Quay Four and spoke to Bongi a floor manager . Who advised me that she is writing everything down and that she would pass on all the details to the AGM or AIM. it Monday morning and no one has contacted us back. Terrible service
