BAD SERVICE AND FOOD

Bad service is not the even the word. I've been at Quay Four many times, but never have I received service as bad and food as bad as I did today. Waiter had a bad attitude raising his voice and even the manager didn't listen to what I was saying. Steak burnt that's suppose to be chargrilled and prime rib dry that was suppose to be meduim. NEVER AGAIN!! DISAPPOINTED
