bad experience at Quay four

On Tuesday the 10th of November 2020 my partner and i visited the Quay four restaurant at the V and A waterfront. I then placed my order which was the full ribs. When the food arrived and I started eating i then discovered that the ribs where though and extremely dry, my fork Struggled to pierce through the meet. I then told the waiter and her response was "I'll be now with you" about 10 minutes has pass before she returns and takes the plate of food back to the kitchen. Then the manager came to the table i was seated at with a menu, telling me that "i should choose something else as the chief said that if I order ribs again it will be the same as what I got before because it's from the same batch of ribs" . So then I'm guessing the food are made in big batches and just warmed up when ordered. This experience was really a disappointment and unsatisfactory.
