Appalling service. Waiter called Tawanda made it so unpleasant

I was shocked and horrified by the service I received on the day of my visit. My waitress was good, kind and attentive.But an awful atmosphere was created by another waiter, who I learnt was named Mawanda.He proceeded to move tables, bashing them against mine as he tried to join them to create a larger table. I would much rather have moved to an available table or much rather have been advised about incoming guests and the estimated time of arrival. This is fairly standard and would have been no problem to me. Instead I was left feeling like I was imposing on HIS priority, which clearly was not the already seated guest.

When I complained to the lady waiter, who then approached him, he proceeded to mutter ‘hamba Wenz nxa (Xhosa derogatory form of ‘just go/leave’ in English). All in all very unpleasant. Can’t say I’m too surprised as the standard of service has been going to the dogs for some time now. I won’t be returning.
