9 November 2019. Food was absolutely revolting.

Tonight - 9 November 2019. Food was absolutely revolting. My husband had the kingklip and prawns for R300 , firstly the size of the kingklip was a joke and further to that only got 3 prawns. The whole meal was dry and definitey not worth R300 . My mum and I had hake and chips - this did not taste like any fish and chips we had ever had, it was dry , soggy and probably cooked hours before we even arrive at the restaurant. For someone who has been supporting Quay 4 for years with my family I am extremely disappointed and do not forsee me returning or recommendig it to anyone.

Upon asking for the bill wanting to leave the restaurant as quick as possible our waitress seemed to have dissapeared, the manager Edward took over as he saw tensions were high.

I would like management to react to this as this restaurant is completely missing the mark and is not only letting the locals down but also the tourists wanting to have a great food experience here at the V and A waterfront.
