DISGUSTING SERVICE QUATERS HOTEL

Disgusting service. My nephew booked for 5nights at this hotel towards end april. He then decided to extend it so we paid for another 4nights. He also wasn't well and by the saturday which was one night into the additional nights he managed to get an appointment with his physician in Johannesburg. He then had to cancel the balance of his accommodation and had to fly to Johannesburg. This hotel especially the staff knew he wasn't well and refused up until today to give me the manager or owners e mail address. I can understand taking one or two nights cancelation but they refused to refund him any nights. Firstly it.was not peak time neither was the hotel busy. If there was q other guests staying the same weekend one could understand. To me the is broad daylight *******. I always admired the hotel especially since I use to be a travel agent. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone eve if it wad the last place to stay. I would rather sleep on the beach than book into it.
