Quick to sort out problems

I ordered a couple of things from Quantum Pets Online and the process went very well. I received email updates and was delivered my stock on time. I was however very concerned when two items were not included in the delivery. Although the company is not good at responding to emails (hopefully customer support is something that they are planning to improve) the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and sent me the missing stock using an over night carrier at their expense. I also appreciated the personal touches to the package such as free samples. I am very thankful that what could have been a bad report turned out well and I would use their service again.
