Even Submits *****ulant bank Deposits

I brought a voucher on Groupon and following the procedure i than chose my products on Quantum Pets Online website and paid the delivery amount. I waited 2 weeks for delivery. After sending an e-mail and calling I was ignored. I finally got a response From Brett who said he would get back to me by the following morning and let me know when my items would be delivered. This was not done. He has sent me a ********** document with regards to a refund. I am in the process of reporting Quantum Pets Online and Groupon to the Ombudsmen as described in the customers protection act.<br> <br> All who reads this, I suggest you do the same!
