Disappeard after payment

On 27th October I placed online order on Quantum Pets Online website for an amount of R1000. The order was supposed to have been delivered within 3 days. After numerous calls they owner Brett Jenkins who never answers his phone only response with an sms that he is out of the country for personal reasons. I have now lost the money I paid and will open a ***** case against this man. Please do not buy from his online shop it is a *****.
