Horrible service from Quantum Medical Aid

I am putting this review knowing that Hello Peter will remove from the site without my consultation, however its nice again to warm young people who are looking for Medical Aid and has not find one, to refrain having/joining the above Medical Aid - underwritten by Discovery. Its full of nonsense, their service is very bad. From the beginning of November they have only called my wife today, and asked some fishyy questions which did not help her and myself as his husband at all. They are more worried about expenses. They are more worried about expenses they incur for calling you than to render service to their clients, hence you pay them money at the end of the month. I pay R5500 but get a **** service at the end. I regret joining this medical aid, as I would not advise anyone to join it anymore. My pre authorization is only being declined today hence I requested it at the beginning of November and the hospital date had lapsed. Their push was to decline which is what they have done. But I will have to take this matter to Ombudsman. Thank u Quantum
