POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE

<br> INCIDENT June 2014 - Ongoing<br> HEADLINE <br> SO MUCH FOR ASSURED QUALITY AND HIGH LEVEL OF SERV<br> Quantum line were approached to do a custom installation a curved red and white high gloss kitchen for our client. There were time constraints and the client paid upfront and in full prior to any works being undertaken. we held a meeting at their premises to discuss the detailing required (and had sent them drawings). They confirmed they were capable of the task and were also more than happy with meeting the tight dead-line. <br> Not only did they NOT meet the deadline, but the installation is a mess. Despite numerous e-mails to which they do not respond, their production manager failed to attend a site meeting called to try and resolve the issues. They have not followed our detailed drawings, their installation is unsightly and remedial works that they've undertaken to damaged areas are frightful. Up to date more than a year later our client is still waiting for his kitchen to be fixed and completed. Will Howard Manager never replies any emails and refuse to repair his mess! <br>
