Going Beyond

<p>This is impresive! Quantum Line manufactured a bed set for client Lerato. From the date the client paid it only took 4 weeks for the custom furniture was delivered. A week earlier as per the terms and conditions. The day after delivery the installation team went to site but were denied entry by the client. When discussed with Lerato, she said that the product is not what they wanted and the quality was apparently bad. Quantum Line collected the items promptly only to discover that all the items were still wrapped in the original packaging. This begged the question as to how the client could possibly know that the product was incorrect or that there were any quality issues. What makes this such a great story of a manufacturer that goes beyond is that even after the client verbally abused many of the staff, the company refunded the client in full!! Wow this is amazing!</p>
