Disappointing Customer Service

Terrible communication to clients. Order placed start of December, it is mid Feb now and still no delivery. Contacted them, and was informed of a problem with a shortage of material.

It's one thing to run out of stock, but to not clearly communicate to a paying customer is unprofessional.

Keep your clients constantly informed about their order if it is running late.
