****Y SERVICE I SAY........ Still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks! I bought a second hand Steering rack on the 15/12/20 from Quantro Auto Spares on condition that I can return it if I was not satisfied. Needless to say that I wasn't. After returning the steering rack on the 17/12/20 day as receiving it, they promised me a full refund and said that they would refund me on the same day which never happened instead. I receiving my refund I have been sent peeler to post I also ask the to send me proof of payment which I'm still waiting for . After 7 working days, I phoned them to find out when I could collect my money no clear answer or communication
