Poor product and service quality

They have sold me a poor product under false pretences. After letting them know that I am not satisfied and would like to cancel as this product was false and that I don't want anything to do with this product. They refused to cancel the product. They are currently threatening to take me to court. This is poor service, poor product quality. Please be aware and don't let them fool you.
