Terrible Company

<p>We rent a flat through Quality Street Property for 2.5 years now. The flat and entire block has deteriorated and is in a general terrible state. There are numerous maintenance and security issues with the flat, for example we have not had lights in any of the communal areas since moving in, there are numerous water proofing issues, damp and plumbing problems. Over the last two years we have spoken to Quality Streets to attend to these issues but we have had no acknowledgement from them. They have increased our rent twice since but the quality of the flat continues to deteriorate. We have repeatedly bought this to the attention of the owner of Quality Streets Properties but have fail to get any reasonable response. We never get responses from emails. Their service is terrible and the owner is in particular does not represent the interests of the tenants. Other tenants voice the same dissatisfaction with Quality Street Properties. </p>
