Despicable service!

I have water leakage problems in my apartment, in bedroom and over electrical box, affecting cupboards as well. Having to move out all items from the affected areas makes living in a one-bedrooms flat quite a mission. It's been almost a month, when an individual came to assess the damage. After contacting last week, they respond with an email. Attempts to make contact with their contractor of choice- who can only make himself available at times when I am not at my flat i.e. he wants private access to my flat when I'm not there- results in my messages being ignored mostly, after five messages a few days apart, I get the response of unavailability, and then when I express dissatisfaction I'm told not to contact him. Rude, despicable service! And other tenants voice the same dissatisfaction with Quality Street Properties.
