Awful experience with Quality Street Properties

Ignored multiple written requests for fumigation in the rented flat and then refused to reimburse me. Withheld the interest on my deposit and charged a cleaning fee despite not actually sending a cleaner. Charged excessive annual fees for lease renewal, but never sent an updated lease. Renting from Quality Street Properties was an awful and costly experience.
