Paid for Water Tanks - Weren't Delivered

On the evening of Monday, 15 April, we were looking for water tanks on Gumtree. We sent a message to the aforesaid supplier. Within minutes, we received a response.

We placed an order with them for 2 water tanks and received an invoice for R2200 from them (including delivery). While they were really responsive up until that point in time, as soon as we made payment, they stopped replying.

We tried contacting them. We gave them grace for the long weekend. They only responded after we notified them that we instituted a ***** case with Standard Bank.

Now, they say that they won't deliver the goods because we lodged a ***** case against them.
