Incompetence!!!

I have been dealing with this company for over 16 years and recently the original owner sold the company to new owner. What a mistake that was!!!! Since we have been dealing with the new owners and their staff we have been treated with nothing but incompetence!!! The staff never come back to you on queries and as a customer we are constantly **** to!!!! The Sales Manager does nothing with complaints and she seems not to care and even the Top Manager on site does nothing!!! Very sad to see a once reputable company driven into the ground. My advice....steer very clear!!!!
