Rude service
I called and spoke to a person named Hancko. I invited him for a site visit and he was Absolutely rude. Instead of giving me the opportunity to explain what I wanted he kept interrupting me and telling me the job was impossible to complete. All I wanted was a site visit and a qoute. He did not even allow me to explain what the job was. I'm not really sure why he is advertising a service if he has no etiquette in dealing with a client and is not prepared to actually listen to what a client wants. Save yourself the grief and give these guys a miss

Rude service

Pathetic service of Quality Removations
Stay away from this contractor as far as possible. He is arrogant and unprofessional. He was supposed to have only fitted a roof to an existing frame but left my property in a disastrous state. He does not bring his own drop sheets, protective plastics or cleaning equipment instead he used all mine and damaged it. The roof leaked after the first rain. In the process of installing the roof they damaged the floor tiles with the welding as well as constantly dropping steel bars on the tiles. It resulted in the damage of the floor tiles to the extend that it had to be replaced. Every day they would come and stick a few tiles and remove others as they were all lifting. Upon completion of the tiling they left it filthy and in a mess with hard tile grout all over the tiles and told me -the client- to buy grout remover and remove it with a steel brush. The next day I phoned him to tell him the cement on the tiles is all over it and too hard to come off. His reply was, if the grout remover is not working how is it my responsibility !!’ After 2 weeks of struggling to get them to clean the tiles and just finish up, we found that 85% of the tiles were hollow and not properly glued. At the end we draw a line and said we will fit the tiles ourselves as we realised he will never finish and his work is a disgrace. They then removed all the tiles again and decided to scrub it clean from the hard grout cement but they did it on my lawn and it resulted in their chemicals burning the grass resulting in my lawn now has big dead areas. They emptied their bucket with the ekstra cement in my flower beds over my clivias. The info here is just in a nutshell, there is actually much much more to it. I could go on for days. Today he had the audacity to send me a bill for the remainder of the amount I owe him , not taking responsibility for the mess he left my property in. Rude and arrogantly told us we have 7 days to pay or we will be handed over.
