When i asked to visit the factory/office I was welcomed by Mike and questions I had were answered and the process of building the pools shown to me. Having had a fiberglass pool installed by another supplier I could see the difference in the quality. The walls were thicker and had much more stiffner supports. I was happy with the quotation and given a supply date which was kept and completed within the time given. If I were to install again I would not hesitate to use Quality pools
