Useless

We decided to use Quality Pools to re-fiberglass our pool because they give such a good guarantee. We contacted them for the first time last year Nov (2014) to come out to get a quote and do repairs. We made appointments, wait for them and they never pitched. Called again, made new appointments, and never pitched. Eventually after weeks of calls and complaints they did come out to do a quote. We then accepted the quote and still no one arranged to come do the pool. After we started calling them about every week for the last couple of months, they made 3 appointments with us to come fix the pool, we wait and they don't show. Then when we phone, they say \No tomorrow they will come"still the next day they don't show. What useless I wont recommend their ****py service to anyone. Clearly we are not important clients and they don't even have the decency to tell us that they just don't want to help us. Its been 1 yr now of trying to get them to come do the job and nothing yet. We are renting the house to tenants which is furious as they have been waiting the whole year to get the pool fixed. Please stay away from this company clearly they don't give a **** about clients."""
