Quality Pools service is atrocious and a disgrace

In February 2014 I installed a fiberglass swimming pools at my house. The contract was gained by Quality Pools after they convinced me (by showing me pictures of shoddy work by penguin pools) that they are the best supplier of pools in the area. I wasted a whole week of leave during installation when they just did not pitch for work after they already started. Eventually they finish. But after 5 months some of the tiles around the pool cracked. I phoned them in Aug 2014 to come and replace this as the pool was still under warranty. After phoning I was informed that I should sent them an email at info@quality pools which I did on 19 August 2014. On 21/8 I mailed again and on 23/9 again. By that date I already phoned 6 times but every time I get a lame excuse. On 7 Oct Anton came around and inspected the problems and informed me he will discuss this with Mike the owner but they will replace the tiles. On 22/10 I mailed again and got a call from Mike to tell me that my name is on a list and that I should not mail them again. On 27/1/15 I mailed again to esquire but got no answer. Really they are the worst. They should drop Quality from their name. This is shameful and a disgrace.
