Quality Pools bad after sale service

I had my pool installed in May 2001. This was offered with a lifetime guarantee. One of the steps have now cracked. After contacting them in 2020 they did an inspection and to date nobody has contacted me. I have tried on several occasions to make contact, however my phone calls are ignored, not answered. I have also send several emails, however no response. I am extremely disappointed in Quality Pools, who do not keep to their promises.
