Quality pools

I had a fiber pool installated in 2005. 2020 when I removed the pvc cover I noticed that the pool lost a lot of water. I topped it up. It is still loosing water. I whatsapp the number on the webside to report it as it is under garentee for 20 years requisting someone to come and have a look as I dont see any cracks. The message was red, no reply was received. A few days later I phoned the number and a Mike answered. I explained the problem and he requisted an email on the problem with address. I send the email with all the information he requested as well the dates the pool was instolled and completed. A second email was send and no reply from Quality pools. I send a whatsapp as well asking if the emails was received and no respond o
