Poor Service

We had the pool installed and confirmed that apart from receiving all the equipment e.g. cleaning equipment was the installation of 1 meter paving around the pool. They took 2 weeks after installation to fit the coping, never did the paving around the pool. I bought paving and did it myself even though paving was included in the price. After a number of calls to Anton and many promise he came to install the pump after 4 weeks. It took him another week to drop off the Kreepy Krauly and equipment which they promised. They never connected my light for the pool and I decided to get someone to get it done. Anton dropped off the cleaning kit, I found that the box was opened and 3 items missing which was suppose to be included. They are yet to deliver the missing items after 6 weeks, 2 calls and 2 emails. I have also discovered a crack in the shell which makes matters even worse. I do not recommend Quality Pools for any fibreglass pool installations.
