False promises of service

<div>If you are contemplating getting a pool, these are not the people you should use. They are shocking at providing service. Our pool light and water feature does not work. The number of the owner which is the website goes directly to voicemail or rings without answer. The owner also does not bother returning calls. John (the very charming convincing salesman, who represents himself as the owner) is nothing more than a charlatan, who will take your money, promise you the world and then not take or return your calls. These people are about the most basic **** you can get. Even emails to them goes unanswered. Perhaps the only thing they will respond to is legal action.</div>
