Bad quality, no quality in their work, worst quality of after sales

Dont ever use this Company for your pool installation. Typical in South Africa, quick to give a quote (and not the cheapest quote i recevied), quick to start the work, and then each day gets worse and worse.

There is a reason why they want the final payment before all the work has been completed, it is because they are ******* and dont finish a job. Their Warranty does NOT mean anything so dont make the same mistake i did by thinking 10 year warranty means something.

This is throughout the business, Sales person (Don), Admin office lady (Hester), straight through to the top, the Owner Mike. Tried contacting all of them multiple times trying to find out when they are going to fix couple of things, but got nowhere. Mike even tried blaming me on the cracks on the edges of the pool where there is 5mm cracks between the grout, said someone must have walked on it when it was still wet. YEAH Mike, after 3 months it was still wet, and also a crack straight through a meter long??? Come on Mike, even i can tell you this is because the soil needed to settle and that caused the tiles to pull apart, and you have 50years+ experience????

They brag about they use their own bricks that they manufacture and they only use them, this is because of the substandard quality of their product.

My pump was installed at a location where i asked if it will work and was ensured it wont be a problem, turns out the owner Mike said from the pictures it is way to high, i then said by Don (Sales) said it will be 100% fine, then Mike says but you wanted it there. Again Mike you are the person with 50+ years experience, your people should have told me no this will not work as you are going to have priming issues, thanks Mike, again blaming the client instead of your incompetence and lack of caring for after sales.

I am uploading couple of photos so show the issues, they could have fixed this in a day or 2, but they are just chasing more money and dont care about after sales!!
