Bad Service Quality Penalbeaters Barberton

I am disgusted and dissappointed with the service I received from Quality Penalbeaters Barberton. My insurance send my car to them after it was hit by a Hailstorm in Mid July, 2 months and a week later I still have not received my car. They send me an SMS on the 11th July to say dent pressing was done and complete on my car and they are waiting for authorisation from my insurer to buy parts and start fixing my car. A month later they were still waiting for parts. I spoke to them respectfully on the phone and they promised that they would keep me posted. A week passed with no response, so I called them to check the progress on my car I was told they are still waiting for parts, I mean we are talking a VW Polo Vivo 2014 model the parts are availible everywhere. So I reported them again to my insurer and the assesor called them. One of the ladies who work there called me and shouted at me asking why I called the insurer. She even told me that the insurance wanted to write my car off so I told her they should have because then I would have a new car. Later that day suddenly the parts were available. I had to follow up with them each week to check the progress and they would make empty promises. On Monday this week I called them to check if my car will be ready today (Friday) they said yes, because it is in line to be polished, on Wednesday same story, so I called them on Thursday and I was told my car would be delivered on Friday. Today I called to check if the delivery is still happening, guess what? The answer was that there was an agreement between my insurer and me that my car will be ready and delivered on the 15 September and I have no knowledge of this. I spoke to the Penalbeaters saying I need my car before the 13th as I have to use it that Friday. I called the insurance to check who told them that I need the car on the 15th. The assessor then called they and rude lady from the Penalbeaters called me and shouted at me again this time she even had the nerve to put the phone down in my ear. All this time it sounded like she was doing me a favour by fixing car. I never want to deal with Quality Penalbeaters Barberton ever again and will not recommend them to anyone.
